There are three things that I love in this drawing.
First is the movement in it. The pale and curvy strips of wind, the leaves flowing all around, the boys' flowing hair, Nezumi's billowing scarf... It feels like the boys are in the middle of a tempest. (Which they could be, since I can peek a few chimneys and other structures as well as a tall wall in the background.)
Second is the boys' positions. I absolutely love Sion here: his expression and body language are so fierce! Especially his eyes.
Third is the coloring. Here again we have the same "tone" for the whole drawing. This time it's a muted blue, which I somehow associate with cold. The blowing wind is represented very nicely, I like how you did it. I also love the aquarelle-like texture of your drawing.
