ok, im not arguing, jus' pointing out. you said to one person that did a base of this, that they weren't allowed though clearly NO ONE was taking credit for it. yet, you are letting people use it as a reference. that's hypocrytical. so why say it if you didn't allow a base maker to let others, which they posted the link back here, use it so other's could try to make kool pics too? i find it unfair. also, if you didn't want a base made from it, you shouldn't have put your art on the net.

Sorry, I am arguing.
There is a huge difference between asking and then doing and first doing and then asking.
The person that used this as reference for their picture asked before they used it.
The dollbase maker didn't. And on top of it, made it a base for many other people to use. This is like taking a photo that someone else took, cut out several small parts of it and then make these available for many people to use as stock images WITHOUT asking for permission to do so. In the beginning they didn't credit me.... that is NOT OK.
Did you know that there IS something like copyright and creator's rights, even in the net? You can be charged for using images of others without permission.
I don't see why it is hypocryptical to allow someone who asked nicely to use it and not allow a thieve to use it.

If you so want to create pictures of your original characters base your dolls out of images that are available in the stock image gallery. Deviantart has a gallery like that and there are several more galleries like that on the net.
Also I don't see why it is unfair that I don't allow you to use my hard work to create "kool pictures".
Can you even start to imagine how long it takes to draw such a picture? I worked hard so that I could draw like that. Drawing several hours a day was not a rarity.
So I rather think it is "unfair" to take a picture just like that and use it just because you are lazy to learn it yourself. I am sorry, you might think even more now that I am unfair now... but there is more work to drawing a picture than you can imagine. Since it is not that just the picture you see here but several years of practice.

lol XDD well with that many downloads (which includes me ( ≖‿≖) ) some won't really give credit, which is actually the scary part here in da. some would give the link from where they got the pic, but most wouldn't. but don't you worry, for my downloads are for wallpaper purposes and erm, some fan girl drooling too ヾ(＞ワ＜)ノ
